I have a little problem.

I've been drawing flies. Now before I get any "maybe you should shower more often comments", they are not THOSE kind of flies. These are those annoying little flies that flit about the soil of houseplants, so I came up with a possible solution (and an excuse to harbor more plants....) How about a bug eating plant? This one was practically FREE. I didn't know it was on clearance when I picked it up but it was. I should of gone back to get another kind but I had grocery shopping to do. Maybe this little sundew will help with the flies.
...Now I really must get the groceries put away before Freya eats the broccoli. (Sheesh...I must have the only vegetarian cat in the world!)

That's a great idea. We brought a tropical plant indoors for the winter and for the second year in a row it has lots of tiny bugs. The bug eating plant is a great idea! Now only to distract my cats from it so they won't eat it....any suggestions!?

Nickie, that's a hilarious idea! No need for a fly swatter, just buy a couple of fly eaters! I'll have to remember that when we start getting flies again in the spring.

I love that idea, too. I saw my first little fly today, now I MUST get one of those little bug eater plants.
