Roots Line Up--Potatoes and other root veggies!

Here is my roots line up!

1. Potato, Organic Carola-- These are on order for the spring from Pinetree Garden Seeds. I've never grown them before. I hope I have better luck this year with spuds! If i don't, I'll in the future save the garden space and just buy potatoes from the farms.
2. Radish, Rainbow Mix---these came from Thompson & Morgan seeds. I didn't buy them but someone gave them to me. I really don't like radishes, but Mr. Hyper likes one now and then and some of our critters love them.
3. Beet, Detroit Dark Red--I was given these seeds in trade. They are OP I think but I really don't have the time or space to baby these to make seeds.
4. Parsnip, Harris Model--Something I've never grown before. This is from a Ferris Morris seed rack from where I don't remember.

Not an impressive list, I'd like to add more beat varieties next year. I just realized I don't have any carrot seeds.....! How did I miss that?? I need to go find some!
